ThruText charges 8¢ per text (outgoing and incoming). There’s also a set-up fee of $100 to get started with the platform.

2. Is there any setup required to use ThruText?

Yes, ThruText does need a few hours to set up your account and then some to get you to start campaigning. This process is initiated after you’ve paid the $100 set up fee.

3. How long does it take for ThruText to generate campaign reports?

Typically, it takes a few hours for the platform to compile the reports. So you might have to wait a while to see your campaign performance.

4. Can you rent numbers (short codes or long codes) from ThruText for texting?

You can’t rent numbers of your choice from ThruText. The platform rents numbers for users to use during the course of their texting campaign. This is often an issue since it’s not possible for you to keep the same number across different campaigns; even if texting the same set of contacts.

5. Does ThruText support texting all over the world?
