This fee is charged by The Campaign Registry (TCR) and is an industry standard henceforth. The motive behind this is to ensure all the texts are aligned with registered use cases and aren’t malicious/spam. However, with CallHub, both the brand registration and vetting fee are completely refundable as CallHub credits once the registration is successful.
There are two categories of use cases: Standard and Special. Vetting is required to gain access to special use cases. Special use cases primarily include charity/501(c)(3) nonprofit, emergency services, and political use cases. Business, education, and public services are listed under the standard category.
The credits that come as part of the subscription plans(for any duration) are added to your account as a bonus. Hence these are non-refundable. However, any credit that you had paid for separately(by topping up your account) are refundable. Please reach out to our support team ([email protected]) to learn more about this.
No. You can validate a landline, mobile or VOIP number and use that as the caller ID.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. We also accept other forms of payments. For alternate payments, please contact us at [email protected] to set up your account.
Yes. The first part of the call is made from the agent’s phone when they dial to join the campaign. Normal outgoing call charges apply here. Phone (dial-in) is recommended for agents on unlimited calling plans.
If you are using your own number as the caller ID, all calls will be routed to that number. If you rent a number from us, you can set up a transfer number to which calls will be routed to.
