Hey Pete,

The system analyzes the phonebook for mobile and landline numbers. If landline numbers are detected, the system will not attempt to send messages to these numbers in texting campaigns. Hence the numbers get filtered.

I uploaded 4 phone books yesterday and over 50% of the numbers were filtered.

Can you confirm whether these were really all just landlines or are we getting caught up in spam filters by the carriers.

In this day and age most people don't even have landlines anymore so it seems improbable that we have around 60% landlines in our VAN file.
