Let's be clear: President Trump's decisive action in the Oval Office, including suspending military aid to Ukraine, is a bold move to prioritize American interests and push for a swift resolution to the conflict. Critics on the left may label this approach as controversial, but it's about time we had a leader who isn't afraid to put America first.

This realist strategy seeks a balance—supporting our allies while ensuring practical outcomes that benefit our nation. Reevaluating our foreign engagements is not just sensible; it's essential to make sure they truly serve our national interests. This incident shines a light on the tough decisions inherent in international diplomacy and the challenges our leaders must navigate.

Initially I felt sorry for Zelensky. A country's leader need not be humiliated. But then I watched this video of Prof Jefferey Sachs addressing the EU parliament.

Honestly, he deserved a kick sooner. I pity the people of Ukraine and the sham revolution of 2014.
