Let your reply library work for itself
Elevate uses your saved replies to answer routine questions automatically, suggests responses for agents to review, and tracks commitments as they happen. So your team can focus on keeping conversations moving with less work.

Everything Elevate handles so your agents don't have to
Each part runs quietly in the background of your P2P campaign, so agents spend their time on the conversations that need a person.
Reply Suggestions
Elevate reads each incoming reply and suggests the best response from your saved library, or drafts one from the conversation when nothing matches. Agents send it, edit it, or skip it.
Auto-Send
Turn on auto-send and Elevate sends the matching saved reply when it's a confident match. Anything less certain goes to an agent as a suggestion, and every auto-sent message is marked in the thread.
Goal Tagging
Set up to five campaign goals, like a vote pledge or a volunteer sign-up. Elevate tags the thread the moment a contact commits and syncs it to your CRM.
Conversation Labels
Each reply gets a short topic label, like "Voting Logistics Question", and threads group into topics managers can filter while the campaign is running.
Opt-Out Detection
Elevate catches opt-out requests written in plain language, unsubscribes the contact, and adds them to your DNC list, with an optional confirmation text.
Profanity Filtering
Genuine abuse gets flagged while everyday slang like "hell yes" doesn't. Choose to opt the contact out, route the thread to review agents, or log it quietly.

Questions about Elevate
Elevate is a set of features built into CallHub's peer-to-peer texting campaigns. It reads incoming replies to send or suggest the right response, tag campaign goals, label conversation topics, catch opt-outs, and filter hostile messages, so agents spend less time on routine work.
Auto-send only ever uses replies your team has already saved, and only when the match is high-confidence. Anything less certain goes to an agent as a suggestion, and drafted suggestions are never sent automatically. Every auto-sent message is marked in the thread, and managers can filter the inbox to review all of them, along with the saved reply that was used.
No. Elevate takes routine replies and admin off their plate so they can focus on the conversations that need a person. If a contact replies after an auto-sent message, the conversation goes straight back to the agent, and agents can still escalate tricky threads to a manager.
Elevate looks for the best match in your campaign's saved reply library first. When nothing matches, it drafts a suggestion based on the conversation and your campaign. Either way, agents can send it as it is, edit it first, or ignore it and write their own reply.
Yes. With auto-send on, Elevate sends a saved reply on its own when it's a high-confidence match. Opted-out contacts never get an auto-sent message. You need at least one saved reply to turn auto-send on, and you can switch between auto-send and suggestions at any point mid-campaign.
Every automatic opt-out shows up in the manager inbox under the opt-out filter, and managers can reverse it from there. Standard keywords like STOP keep working as usual, and you can turn opt-out detection off at any time.
Very little. When you create a P2P campaign, Elevate comes pre-filled with recommended settings and suggests goals based on your script. You can review and change them before launch, and conversation labels need no setup at all.
Agents work in the same inbox as before. Suggestions appear alongside the compose area rather than replacing it, auto-sent messages are clearly marked in the thread, and saved replies, tags, and surveys are all where they were.
You set up to five goals for a campaign, such as a vote pledge or a volunteer sign-up, and link each one to a tag. When a contact commits, Elevate applies that tag to the thread and your connected CRM, ready to use in your next call, text, or email.
Elevate gives each reply a short topic label, like "Supports Candidate" or "Voting Logistics Question", and groups threads into larger topics. Managers can filter by topic to spot trends, such as a sudden rise in deadline questions, and add a saved reply before it becomes a backlog.
Elevate flags targeted abuse while ignoring everyday slang like "hell yes". You choose what happens next: opt the contact out, route the thread to review agents while it shows as sensitive content to the original agent, or log it silently. It works on both SMS and MMS replies.
Yes. Elevate is set per campaign, and you can turn it off at any time, even while a campaign is live. Labels and tags already applied are kept, and your settings are restored if you turn it back on.
Elevate works with CallHub's peer-to-peer texting campaigns, alongside P2P features like Shared Inbox, Broadcast Mode, and Escalation.
