How does the planner calculate steward workload?

It applies a 72% reliability rate to your steward count to get your active team size. Your contact universe is then divided across that real capacity.

What does the Target Reach Rate control?

It sets the percentage of your member list included in outreach planning. Most campaigns target 75-90% to account for invalid numbers and opt-outs.

What do the three phases mean?

Evaluation, Decision, and Implementation are your platform setup stages, not campaign phases. Each phase has specific tasks and a completion date tied to your vote deadline.

What if my event date is too soon?

The planner flags which phase is at risk and what to prioritize. It adjusts phase lengths automatically to fit your compressed timeline.

Can I download my plan as a PDF?

Yes. Use the Export PDF button in the top right of the tool. The PDF includes your phase breakdown, steward workloads, and all milestone dates.

What if my inputs change after I generate?
