Does the Unified Goals Dashboard work if I'm only running one or two campaigns?
Yes. You don’t need to run multiple channels to use it. Even with a single Call Center campaign, you can set a goal — a specific survey response, a tag, a call disposition — and see exactly how many contacts made it there. Add a second campaign later and the funnel expands automatically.
Does it work if I'm not using CallHub for email yet?
Yes. The dashboard works across whichever CallHub tools you’re currently using — Call Center, P2P Texting, Voice Broadcast, Text Broadcast, and Text to Donate. Email actions can be added as goal criteria if you run email through CallHub, but it’s not required to use the dashboard.
How flexible are the goal stages?
Fully flexible. You can configure a single goal or chain up to five stages. Each stage can use any combination of triggers — survey responses, tags added, call dispositions, link clicks, or email actions. Contacts qualify if they meet any of the criteria you set for that stage. You can also edit goals mid-campaign and the funnel recalculates automatically.
Is this included in my current plan?
