Wong has worked on hundreds of campaigns, helping organizations build from the ground up. Wong consults on campaigns and elections and has run large-scale 501c3, 501c4, candidate, and independent expenditure campaigns, specializing in using data analytics to create targeted voter universes, as well as mobilizing low-propensity voters of color and immigrant communities.
He is lead evaluator for the Four Freedoms Fund civic engagement program and lead evaluator for the RISE Together Fund civic engagement program. Wong provides help on voter targeting, research, polling and message testing, script writing, campaign technology, and evaluation.
