NuTalk FAQs

1. What is NuTalk’s pricing?

NuTalk charges 4.5¢ per dial (regardless if the call connects or not). There’s also a set up fee of $100 to get started with the platform.

2. Is NuTalk a predictive dialer?

Yes, NuTalk is an automated dialer solution that functions essentially like a predictive dialer.

3. Is there any setup required to use NuTalk?

Yes, NuTalk does need a few hours to set up your account and then some to get you to start campaigning. This process is initiated after you’ve paid the $100 set up fee.

4. Can you choose what contact data is shown to callers in NuTalk?

NuTalk does not have any provisions to customize the data shown to callers. Generally, limited information including name, phone number, unique ID, and address is shown. There’s no contact history shown to callers either.

5. Does NuTalk sync with NGP Van?

You can send survey questions, answers and canvass results back to VAN but you can’t pull lists from it. For that, you need to export a CSV from NGP VAN and import them manually into NuTalk. This creates delays and often a security issue since all contact details are saved as CSVs on computers.

6. How does campaign reporting work in NuTalk?

Campaign reports are generally not available immediately. They take a few hours to compile so you might have to wait a while before you can check your campaign performance.

CallHub follows a pay as you go pricing model. So you’re only charged for the texts you send at 4¢. We also offer subscriptions. So if your texting volumes are higher, the price is even lower.

2. Is there any setup required for CallHub?

CallHub has direct integrations with all major CRMs. These include NationBuilder, NGP Van, Blackbaud, Action Network, CiviCRM, Salesforce, Ecanvasser, Blue State Digital, L2 Political, and OSDI. It integrates with over 300 other apps via Zapier.
