We’re happy to announce the completed changes; bringing stricter measures to protect your data, faster performance, and scalability that can handle the millions of calls and texts going out during peak election time.

In the days before an election, the number of calls made and texts sent through CallHub run up to the millions. With the November elections around the corner, that day is here again.
At CallHub we took up the task of making infrastructure changes to our platform two months back to ensure that, come election time, you can send out all these millions of calls and texts with zero hassles.
And that’s not all! The changes to the CallHub platform also account for data regulation laws in the EU and Australia. Campaign data from EU, Australia, and the US would only be stored in those specific regions for better data protection and to ensure that issues affecting one region will not spill over to others.
The CallHub team is especially grateful to our customers in Australia and the UK who were the most affected over the last two months while the infrastructure changes were being put into effect.

When you’re making calls to several contacts during a campaign, you’re bound to run into a few answering machines, and it’s best to send a voicemail when that happens. On Freshsales, it isn’t possible to send a pre-recorded message so you need to say the message out loud which can get pretty cumbersome after a while; after all, it’s the same message you’re repeating.
